Is This Still Normal Smart Lipo Swelling?

I had Smart Lipo on my lower abdomen on February 7th and it was flat immediately afterwards. For a few days after that, on the 15th, I began to have hardness and lumps, which I know is normal. However, the area also looks the same as before I had the procedure done. Is this still the normal swelling from Smart Lipo?
