Starting my journey..what do I need to know/do?

Hello All!!!..I had my BR consultation this past Thursday and so far I'm not impressed with him. I'm a 34G, 5'1.5" and I workout often. I want to be a D but PS said a C would be better, also he can't guarantee a D which I can understand ( I think). I have so many questions that I don't know where to begin. I picked that particular PS bcz a few of my co workers had implants done by him. One person had a BR by him and I'm not impressed with the end result she showed me, the incision and scars don't look like they healed well or maybe its just her skin type. I'm a dark skin AA and somewhat vain lol...although they submitted my paper work in to the insurance company I'm already having second thoughts about using him. I live in Altanta, does anyone know a good PS i can consult? I should have done more homework on who to go to. And if the insurance company does approve it can I switch PS after the fact? Lol, as you can see I think I need my hand held through this process. I have been on this site everyday bcz I'm nervous and have no one to talk to about it. What else should I be doing?
