Spanx vs. velcro compression garment

Hi all! July 12 is my date -- yahoo! I had my consult one week ago and things are moving to fast. Starting to get some anxiety over all this. My PS is having me use spanx right after surgery. Are those crotchless?? I'm just thinking there is no way they would want me to be pulling that thing down every time  I go to the bathroom. I have my preop on Wednesday, so I'm sure they will fill me on that too!   Also, will 4 days of help be enough? Will I be okay on my own (with hubby check in on me during his lunch break on Day 5) on day 4? Hubby is taking off for four days to be with me -- kids will be at summer camp all week and home at 5 pm when dad picks them up. I'm so nervous everyone!
