Smart Lipo Results, One Year on... How Do We Know Reviews are Legit?

I'm considering having lipo done in the next month, but I'm really worried about fat coming back in weird places. A recent research article in Obesity stated that fat almost always comes back, not immediately, but one year after. Has anyone experienced this? Also, how do people know if the reviews for surgeons on here are reputable? There's one doctor I'm looking at with all perfect reviews from one time posters..with not much detail. I had a consultation, but I'm just worried its a little too good to be true. I don't know anyone who has had a procedure done before so not sure where to look for guidance/reviews except RealSelf :/ Thanks,

There is a forum post in the Liposuction forum about weight gain after Lipo, you may find it very useful for research purposes.
Regarding the reviews: every review is moderated by a member of RealSelf, before it gets published. We have several different process to ensure that any spam is caught before it reaches the community. Of course there may be occasions where one or two slip through and in those instances as soon as it is brought to our attention, we will investigate it. If you have a specific case you'd like me to look into then please do PM me the details.
