Too small implants

I have had surgery three months ago and feel I should have gone a bit bigger. Should I now go for second opp because I am not happy. They look gorgeous, just not as big as I wanted. I got 345gr and I am now looking at 400gr?

I am 1 week post op my surgeon choose for me 460 high profile filled to 500 ccs I am 5 7 124 pounds my before size was a A I wanted to be a dd or at least a d well i am fitting 40 d sports bra but i mo i am going to shrink. Is there any way I will be bigger or look bigger or should I plan on a revision? Also I told my surgeon I like the 500 implants and he ordered 460 filled to 500 which I believe he should have ordered 500's fill 500's.

Had breast augmentation on march 1st... from the point i opened my eyes in recovery i started crying... they did not clearly make me as large as i would of liked being or what i had discussed. i researched long and hard b4 i came even did rice bag test to be certain.. i weigh 156 about 5'6 and did not feel that 650cc was too much to ask for.. i got 550 cc ,,my breast look like my breast b4 i lost 38 lbs..Was i asking for too much???

I just had my surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago. I woke up and looked, too small. My doctor game me 400 and I told him I wanted atleast 475. Love my doctor but he said a bigger implant "wouldn't fit". Which I don't understand since I am not a small girl. I have expressed my unhappiness to him but he thinks they are plenty big and I'm crazy. He is such a good doctor and did an awesome tummy tuck but I feel like I paid to have this done and I should behappy. Does the plastic surgeon have to re-do them or am I pretty much screwed? What happened with you..

I had BA on 3/31 and I am unhappy with the results. I think that the implants are too small. I showed my DR pictures and discussed cup size before the surgery. He selected 250 and 275cc silicone implants. My results are not comparable to the pictures[playmate Jayde Nicole for reference] I brought to the look of the sizers I tried. I am wondering what my next step is. I would like to have a revision surgery because I am truly unhappy with the results but I know it has not been very long since my initial surgery.

Ladies,
I went back to my surgeon and told him that I'm not happy. He gave me a very good rate and I had another opp (had to wait for three months to pass before he did the opp). I am happy now.
Go talk to the surgeon - they do understand and help.

Thanks Lani. I'm happy you finally got what you wanted. In my case, I'd like to add that my initial reaction to "too small" turned out to be wrong. A month out and I'm no longer too small. The smashed up look improved after some settling and I'm happy now.
