Slightly tuberous breast has capsular contraction?

I got my breast augmentation in March 2008. My left breast was slightly tuberous. In the past few months, my breast sometimes has a "double bubble effect" (especially when I lie back) I am not sure if this is capsular contraction, or because of the fact that it was slightly tuberous to begin with. I wonder if it is possible to fix this or not?
