What size am I?!

I measure a 29 rib cage and a 36/37 bust. Many people say I should be a 32 band but Ive worn a 34 all my life and feel its more comfortable. I also wear a D cup after having 450cc saline unders done. I was a 34B, but I was expecting to be bigger....only 4 months post op. Any input on my measurements and cup size?

Have you gone to Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's, etc. for a professional fitting? That might help.
