Size of your pants/pj bottoms immediately after surgery?

After your TT with the swelling, what size of pants/bottoms did you wear?  Did you wear the same size (loss of poochy abdomen + swelling = same size?)  Or did you have to go up a size for a while until the swelling subsides? I want to be sure I have bottoms that will fit and not be too small... Thanks!
