What size implants (gel cohesive or saline) are most patients going for....larger or smaller than original breast?

Before my mastectomy I was wearing a 36DD. My final fill is at 800cc... and it looks very large with a nice mount and the expander goes all the way under my armpit which can be a little uncomfortable.  I hope with the memory gel HP cohesive implants the 800cc can give methe size atleast close to a 36D.  I am currently 165 and 5'81/2.
