What Size Should I Get?

I wanna know what size I should get and what kind of implants? I'm 20, 5'8, 170 lbs (thick) , just stopped breast feeding, my boobs are flat and gross now! Was a 38 DD now I dont even know maybe a C. I WANT HUGE BOOBS! A DD or a DDD. What you think? I'M IN SLC, UT. WHAT DOCTOR SHOULD I SEE? ?
