Anyone have sinus surgery and rhinoplasty at the same time?

I need to have turbine reduction (really bad sinus problems) and want to get cosmetic rhino as well. My questions: 1) has anyone here done that? What's the recovery like for each procedure? 2) were you able to get the turbine surgery covered by insurance? 3) Dr. recommendations? Thanks!
