Simultaneous liposculpture+abdominoplasty and reduc mastectomy?

Visited 2 surgeons. One (in Dominican Rep) recommended doing all the procedures at once. The 2nd surgeon (in Cali Colombia) recommended doing lipectomy and sculpting first, THEN doing the reduction mastectomy. Said my metabolism will "accelerate" after surgery, so weight loss will deflate breast. ?
