Silicone Injection Removal in Dallas?

I have had silicone injections since the late 90's. I have no complications or lumps to this date. Never even so much as a twinge where injected.. But i do not like the appearance of them anymore. I have had them in my face lips cheek bones forehead ,chest and buttocks... I would like to meet with a doctor in dallas that will not judge me and lecture me , but help me to get rid of this from my body.
