Considering Silicone Gel Breast Implant Removal

I'm 27 & considering a silicone gel implant removal. I've had implants for 5 years total (saline 350 cc for 2 yrs & then replaced with silicone gel 225 cc for 3 yrs). Pre-implants, I had small breasts (almost A cup), little breast tissue, perky,& no prior pregnancies. No implant problems yet.

If I get my breast implants removed now, what kind of cosmetic result could I expect? I'm concerned about my breasts looking deformed, saggy,& having loose skin.

I've had 350 saline unders for 6 years. I am no longer a fan of them and got them deflated by my ps to see if I want to remove or replace with much smaller ones... Like 225 Ccs! I am also 27, and was a 34 b beforehand. I am once again a 34 b, and I really don't mind my clothes on appearance... I can walk around with complete confidence. Naked.... Little saggy and misshapen, but not as bad as I bought. Symmetrical, but I still have the empty bags that are visible thru my skin, too. I am only on day 4 of being deflated and I don't hate them, but I do laugh about how funny they look in certain positions like bent forward. I love how I feel physically the most. Nothing in the way, no back pain... It's great!
When I downsized, my skin seemed to stay pretty elastic. My 2nd set breast implants weren't as tight (more realistic) as the first bigger set that felt tight at times. I want to get the silicone gel implants removed for several reasons: fear of silent ruptures (and don't have the $ to shell out for MRI's), I don't want to have to keep getting implant replacements throughout my lifetime, fear that mammograms may rupture my implants, and I also don't want to be freak out every time I feel something suspicious in my breasts. As much as I love the way they look, I don't think its worth having all these fears. I do have a quick question for you. You had mentioned possibly removing residual skin. Do you mean a breast lift? Could the residual skin be removed at the same time they take out the implants? Or would it have to be done at a later date? I just want to be done with surgery after this removal. So over it :)
Your implants are relatively small. When you downsized, did you appreciate any difference in your skin? If not this would be consistent with good elasticity of your skin and you may look very similar to the way you looked prior to getting implants. Upon implant removal, your breast tissue which has been compressed between the skin and your implant will "fluff out" over the next 6-8 weeks. At that point you will have your result. The worst scenario is that you have a little residual skin which can be removed but, you may be dissatisfied with your small breasts which is why you had implants in the first place. Why do you want them removed?
