Shortening nose to lip distance

I have had 3 double jaw surgeries in the past 3 years and ever since my last one, I have a "long" face and I feel that the distance between my nose and lip has become longer and it really bothers me. I would like to know if Juverderm in my upper lip would shorten the distance or if a lip lift or other procedure would be necessary. I also feel like there is no definition to my face at all anymore and would even consider a facelift. (I am 27). Any help would be appreciated. I am so discouraged.
