It's very long and thin, is there anyway it could be made shorter without looking totally fake? I've been looking up pictures of people with thin noses, and for some reason their nose jobs always look more unnatural.

I have a really long and wide nose. I was wondering if there was a way to break the nasal bridge and make my nose shorter by about 3/4 of an inch, to change the angle between the nose and the mouth. So my entire nose is shorter. I'm looking for a rhinoplasty specialist in New York to do this for me if possible. Thanks
