Short Scar Lift with Fat to Fill Eye Hollow: Not Happy

Went to a well known surgeon for a short scar lift and some fat. I am over 1 month out and my temples are a 1/4 inch out from what I believe is fat he inserted. He told me it is just swelling but to me it feels like the fat he inserted. My face looks somewhat distorted and want to know what can be done? I thought most of the swelling is gone after 1 month? If it is fat and he is not telling me the truth what can I do?
