Will septoplasty help uneven nostrils?

Hello first of all i have never had any problem swith my nose and it looked very normal until i have had an accident and i hit my nose, thence my septum got deviated,and after one year, my right nostril is bigger than the other one, because i respire through only one nostril so if i do that septoplasty operation,will the nostrils look the same again or i should do a seprate operation for the nostrils, Thanks for reading this.
