Septo-Rhinoplasty - For Indian Female

I wanted to get a septo-rhinoplasty done to improve my breathing, sinus issues and also the appearance of my nose. I am from India and most doctors in Houston TX probably have experience working on Caucasian noses. Every ethnicity has different nose and different general face structure. I am just worried that they will try to fix my nose just like a Caucasian nose. I have seen three doctors until now. I have narrowed down to two, due to their experience in facial plastic surgery and ENT background which will help them fix my breathing and sinuses better. I am just not sure about the Rhinoplasty part and also how to communicate what exactly I need. Any suggestions?

I say de bressler...but that's because I like him and his staff...they remember me and treat me so well.they r a good group of people and the Dr has been doing this a long time.
