I am having my MM on Sept 13, I am having a mini TT, breast augmentation, and lipo of the flanks, and inner and outer thighs. I am so excited(-:

June Bug i hope your surgery went well today and that you are resting comfortably. Take care and let us know how you are doing.
cesjmom 8 Aug 2011
I'm scheduled for BA & full TT on 9/29. I'm so excited too! I'm having trouble finalizing size though and am having boob dreams...I think I need a break from searching photos! Is your dr requiring you to have a mammogram? I need to get one before my pre-op.
June Bug 9 Aug 2011
I don't know if I need a mammogram, I go in on Friday to finalize the paperwork and I am sure they will let me know then. I am also going around and round on the size issue. I am scared to go too big or too small.

The big day is almost here!! Sept 1, 2011. TT, Breast Lift and Augementation. I have been wanting to do this for 7 years and I have finally committed to it. This will be the best thing I have ever done for myself!!!

Hello how are you doing? It's been 5 days since your surgery, are you ok?
belmont75 15 Aug 2011
Hi girls, Im scheduled to have a full tt, breast lift, and brazilian butt lift on October 4. I'm very nervouse about having all of the procedures done at the same time because of dvt risks and the recovery. Do any of you know someone who has had these done at the same time?
June Bug 19 Aug 2011
I didn't know u could do a TT with a BBL, I thought u have to stay off ur bottom after a BBL and having a TT might make that difficult. I do want to know more about this, if you find anything out, let us know.
belmont75 21 Aug 2011
some doctors believe you need to stay off your butt as much as possible for about 2-3 weeks after BBL but my doctor doesn't think its resonable and he doesn't make his patients do it and they still get good results (i've seen pictures)so that's why i'm getting it done at the same time. I don't want to have 2 seperate surgeries.
June Bug 26 Aug 2011
Oh, that is interesting. It sounds like you did your research. I have seen a lot of good after pics of bbl's on makemeheal.com. I must say if money weren't an option for me I would love to have that done someday too(-: I don't blame you for not wanting to do 2 separate surgeries, just get it all done so you only have one recovery(-:
Dreemer 17 Aug 2011
Im scheduled for full TT on 9/14, I will only have help for 8 days....any one know if that is cool?
Love, Sue
June Bug 26 Aug 2011
You are the day after me, I will be thinking of you while I am on my couch recovering(-:
MandyG 13 Sep 2011
Sue I am 6 days post-op and if you live alone with no small children, 8 days should be fine. You will still ahve the same retrictions as you do after surgery. No stooping, bending, lifting. I suggest you get up and get walking around a little each day immediately after surgery, so that you can get your bearing. I have been walking to the mailbox everyday and then get up several times a day to walk. Best of Luck, will be praying for a speedy recovery for you!

Hello Mandy
Do you think I could work from home after 7 days? Alot of emails and phone calls in my sales job. I don't have to travel for 2-3 weeks but only driving 1 hour distance max for that time frame. l have 1 week off amd one week at home but will need to get my emails taken care of as soon as I can. Are you still taking pain killers?
MandyG 14 Sep 2011
No maam, I did not need any pain pills after day three. I am an OLDER college student and returned to school tonight (day 7 post-op) for me. I drove 35 minutes to class and then back after sitting in class for four hours straight. I think you will be fine, but listen to your body we are all different so dont over do it. Get the rest you need and go slow.
belmont75 17 Aug 2011
So today i was suppose to go do the paperwork for my surgery and i lost my keys, we looked all over the house and nothing. I called my husband and he drove back from work for 35 min. to bring me the extra key. Then when i thought i would finally take the kids to school and go to my doc's office, the key would not go in the ignition! I'm a beliver that some stuff happens for a reason but does that mean I'm not supposed to get my surgery or just that i shouldn't leave the house today? I am having second thoughts of having all my procedures done at the same time and thinking maybe i should break them up into two instead.

After hard research, I've finally found a brilliant plastic surgeon in Bluffton, SC, since my appointment, I have set my mommy makeover sx date for Sept 22 (BL, TT, and lipo of waist, flanks, and inner thighs). I'm looking for advice and a little peace of mind from others regarding pre-op or post-op sx. Soooo excited, but a little nervous at the same time. Wish me luck!
June Bug 19 Aug 2011
Yours is right after mine. I am already making lists and going crazy getting everything ready. It is coming up so fast. I don't have much advice yet because like you, I am new to this as well but I can share the excitement with you (-:
belmont75 21 Aug 2011
Hey you're having the same things as i am except the fat they lipo out of me is going into my butt. My doctors says its safe to do it all at once but i have been reading that some risks of dvt go up when having multiple procedures. How long will your surgery be? Mine will be about 5hrs.
Charlestonmom 21 Aug 2011
My procedure may take 3-4 hours in an outpatient surgery center. Wow! you're getting the "works"! Take good care...and lot's of pain meds ;)
belmont75 21 Aug 2011
Do anyone know how big our clothes need to be for after surgery? I keep reading women are very swollen after and all my stuff fits me normal there won't be any space for swelling. I have yoga pants but what about tops? My tops are nor usually button or zipper and you're not supposed to lift your arms for a while. Does anyone know for how long? I don't want to spend too much money to clothes i'll never wear again.
Charlestonmom 21 Aug 2011
I'm shopping this week for a front button down summer dress or loungewear -probably get one size smaller than current size (due to the swelling)
Nicks Mom 29 Aug 2011
I can't find a button up dress????
June Bug 9 Sep 2011
Kohls has button down sleep shirts and they are super soft. I think they are Vera Wang brand. I saw some of them were on sale last time I was there.
belmont75 21 Aug 2011
I just went shopping with my sister today [ I told her about my surgery] she was very supportive so that made me happy but I told her not to mention it to mom because she won't be as supportive. Anyways I found 2 very cute button down summer dresses at FOREVER 21 don't know if u have one of those where youre from but they also sell online.
