Well its a done deal for me. Today is your day!! Hope all goes well. I was away from a comp so couldnt up date till now. Everything went better than I expected. However, 12hrs after surgery I pushed myself too much by trying to stand up straight and take a short walk and started bleeding. So I had an emergency surgery to stop the bleeder. I lost quite a bit of blood in a short time so am still very upset over the whole ordeal.
So what every you do keep it slow (only to bathroom) and bent over for atleast the first 24hrs.
I had the impression that the quicker you get up and walk around the faster the recovery. Ive read of others doing that on this forum with out a problem. But for me that was not the case.
Im sure my case is rare and most have no problem.
Take care.

Thats awesome your getting everything done at one time! I had a breast aug 18 months ago. Wow! your last baby was big! My story is not up yet but will be soon today. My last pgcy was a set of twins. They are now 4. One of them is very attatched to my stretched skin, he rubs it to sleep. It'll be sad in a way for him. Is this your first surgery?

Yes, my last baby was huge! They obviously didn't know he was going to be that big or I would have had a c-section. I wish I did because birthing an 11 lb baby naturally was a traumatic experience. A friend of mine had full term twins and both of her babies weights together were less than my one, I thought it was funny after the fact. So my stomach looked like I was carrying twins or more, it definitely needs a bit of help bouncing back, that is why I am having this done. I am getting everything ready and cleaning my house like a mad woman, what about you, are you nesting yet?

My Dr said 5 hrs for everything (lipo thighs, tummy, flanks, mini TT, and breast Aug.) It does seem long for just a mini TT but maybe he overestimated just to be safe.

Oh, your day is coming up very soon too! Where are you having the lipo done, just the tummy or other areas as well? I bet you are so excited, I know I am.

Just the tummy area. Yes, im very excited and nervous. Did your dr. give you the length of surgery time? Mines says 4hrs which I think is long for a mini TT.
