How Soon Will I See Results From Smart Lipo?

I had upper, lower abs & flanks done 3 weeks ago. not seeing any results, the staff keeps telling me patience. someone please tell me i will see results, maybe hearing it from someone other than the staff, will give me more hope!

Also, what can i use to get rid of this tender lump i have on the lower left side?
