How to see in network doctors work

Hi, Some of you may know the heartbreaking place I am in with funding from my review blog.... I was wondering, for those of you who used insurance, how you evaluated the doctors work? It seems to me that all the doctors who take my insurance are very unestablished and don't have web sites, reviews, or before and after pictures.  Has anyone used a doctor who was an in network provider for Blue Cross and had a good experience? Does anyone know I can evaluate these in network doctors without meeting with them all and trying to guess about their work based off their demeanor?
