Also try: Thermage
I know thermage isn't a sure thing but i still want to give it a try. Anything to avoid needles or worse a facelift!!!
I live close to Seattle. Do you recommend a Seattle doctor or dermatologists for thermage?
I see lots of ads for Regeneration Spa in Queen Anne. that's all i know so far! :)

I went for a consultation at Hypatia near Molback's in Woodinville about 3 weeks ago. I just turned 40 and for me they recommended 1 treatment of Thermage and that would cost 2,250. I could also do Thermage for eyes only for 1080. Fraxel is another thing you can try. Not sure if you've head of it but it's a Laser Treatment. I don't. I think he pain factor is supposed to be along the lines of Thermage and they recommend 4-6 treatments at a total of $3,600 for the package. I asked about a threadlift for under chin lifting and surprisingly enough that was a bargain @ $900. Needless to say I have sticker shock and went home and self performed MicroDermabrasion and a Glycolic Peel and called it good. 0h yea and then I slapped on some self tanning cream and decided I looked good enough for now.
Though today I got curious again and looked up a place to get eyelash extensions and this place was offering a light Therapy and it seemed like a bargain at only $1,200 for 6 sessions plus you got 6 microdermabrasions sessions and glycolic peels and some other thing too. I gotta find those guys again but I don't know ... I think the Blue Light Special probably bears even less results than Thermage.

I think fraxel is suppose to be super painful. more so then thermage!
as far as seattle thermage locations it was recommend to me by dr. irwin at madison skin in swedish.
Brandith is a really thoughtful doctor and her great staff made me feel comfortable. but it felt like pressure sales to me when she recommended that i get thermage and that is would be over $4,000!
I read about hypatia a lot in newspaper ads so thank u for the information

I would recommend going to Anderson Cosmetic Surgery in Bellevue, WA. They offer a free consultation, so you can find out all the information about Thermage without actually having to commit to it. I know Dr. Anderson has been doing Thermage in his office for about five years. As far as I know, as long as it is done correctly, Thermage should not be painful - in other words, it's not as though you'll feel nothing at all, but it also shouldn't cause pain. I've heard a lot of good things from people that have had it done there. Personally, that's where I would go if I were you.

I had thermage on face and neck 14 months ago. I really don't see any difference and the cost was $2500. For a while I thought I looked better, but now I really don't see any difference. Sorry.

I am 38 and suddenly find Fraxel and Thermage very interesting. : ) Things start to sag....
Anyhow, I didn't realize they came at such a price, and I have read that treatments can be less effective if the provider does not change out the laser at appropriate intervals. I wonder if anyone out there has actually had the treatments and whether they really do work, as I have heard people say that they are just a very expensive placebo.

Hello, Serah. There is much information and misinformation floating around on the internet, making it difficult for the consumer to decide. We offer lists of patients who among them have had all our treatments and have volunteered to speak with folks such as yourself. We are happy to provide you with 2 or 3 referrences with whom you can speak candidly about the procedures they had, so that you can feel comfortable choosing a treatment. Changing out laser heads, etc. is a routine part of good maintenance, and all reputable doctors replace consumables as indicated by the manufacturer. If you would like to consult with us, it is free, and you can call us toll free at 1-866-424-3416. Sincerely, Virginia T. Stevens, M.D.

I started going to the Laser Treatment Center in Kirkland 5 yrs ago for rosacea. Had GREAT results with Fotofacial, so followed it up with Botox (off & on), and a combo Microderm/Cooltouch for large poors & fine lines ( 5 treatments) - saw results after the first treatment! I'm now considering Thermage, but am not sold yet. I'd recommend thier office to ANYONE!

They do offer thermage at Naficy's and their prices are quite fair, considering his surgery prices are the most expensive in the area.
