Are scars visible after lifestyle lift?

my hair is short. my scars are awful. we discussed it right before the surgery.. look at my post

Would not recomend this to anyone. The scars are horrible. Was 4 years ago since mine. I cant wear my hair up,as the scars go clear down the ear all the way to the back. One in front is different skin color now. Real white,and im fair so for me to be white is unreal. The one in back of the ear is all ridged,and white to. I also had my eyes done. I now have white bumps,and under my eyes the scar is a good 2 inches from your lower eye lid. Nothing like they tell you,they say will be under eyelashes and never see. Far as im concerned nothing they tell you is true. Surgery takes way longer,you cant go back to work next day,pain is bad. From them doing my jowls,one of my lips is now higher then the other. So less you want big problems dont do this!!!!

Don't do it. The scars are horrible. I am female and I had the procedure done two years ago and I have a hard time covering all the scars. Go see a real Cosmetic Surgeon!

john, i am sorry to tell you that mine had to be repaired by a different surgeon 2 years later. the original scars were really far away from my ears ahd were crooked. one of my earlobes was also stretched into a pixie ear. my surgeon could not cut out all the scars so i still have a divot (from a second incision to piece together my face and only done on one side) behind my left ear about an inch from my hairline and raised scars that are now much closer to the back of my ears. but i had it done in plymouth meeting and there were lots of problems in that office. my new scars were close to invisible in a few months. good luck

I am 7 days out and my scars in front of my ears and around lobe are barely visible. BUT it depends on your surgeon, I'm sure...
