Really Scared about the FNG - I don't want to loose my nipples completely

I have my surgery in 12 days and counting.  I will be going from a K cup to a C or D cup.  I have to have a free nipple graft (FNG) because it is difficult to move the nipple with it still intact that distance and keep the blood supply. I haven't heard any great stories about having a FNG done.  I'm worried.  I don't want deformed weird looking breasts when this is done.  I've accepted the scars, but because over time they are hardly noticeable.  Anyone know more about it?
