Hi ladies,  I am doing some investigation on which scar treatment to buy I've heard scarprin is the best out there but would still like to hear some input on ladies who have started their scar treatments thanks

I asked my PS about it and he told me my scars don't need it yet. Are you all just doing it anyways? I keep thinking why not just get it if it doesn't hurt. But he said I'd just be wasting my money. Eh, idk. He also didn't believe in Arnica Montana and bromelain. I took it anyways. Idk if it helped but I hardly had any bruising. And at my first appt he seemed impressed with the little bruising I had so....makes me think now if I should just go ahead and try the silicone sheets everyone talks about in the forums. What do you all think?

I think i like the idea of the extra protection for the scar. Sun x-rays can go through clothing unless we're wearing clothing that has spf protection.

I have two little scars on my hips and I went sunbathing!!! I didn't think about it. I hope I didn't do too much damage by doing that. And I didn't know about SPF still going thru bathing suits. :(

I know Kimmers (the TT community manager) really loves Palmer's Oil.
