Scar Treatment - can I use both Scar away sheets and palmers oil?

Does anyone know if I can use scaraway sheets say at night and when I'm not using it during the day use the Palmers oil for treatment? I asked my PS at my last post op about scar treatment and he said "none" they don't work. I'm really doubting who I chose, he creates this hideous scar on me and when I ask about scar treatment he acts like that, so I'm pretty much on my own for scar treatment. One more questions, I'm 3 weeks post op tomorrow, my incision is closed and I just have a few scaps in some areas but no open wounds, has anyone started the sheets or oil at this stage? Any input is greatly appreciated
The Palmer's Oil worked like a charm for me!!! The key is the firm circular massage to break down the scar tissue. Mine is totally flat and faded. I used both the Palmer's and Bio Oil and was very happy with both.
