scar treatment

Im 3 months post excision with a 6mm scar on my cheek. No signifigant changes have happened lately, just less hardened tissue uderneath an slight widening of the incison line.Does the incision line start to fill in within the 3-12 month mark? or do all incisions end up having a slight indentation?

Indentation of scars is difficult to treat, but possible with a procedure known as subcision.
