Scar Massage Techniques

Do anyone have recommendations for scar massage that has worked for them?  I am two weeks post op and will be able to start scar massage soon. What worked?  Preferred lotions or oils? Thanks, Trixie

I began using Bio Oil a few days ago (3 weeks post op) and I have to say that things look much better finally. It makes a huge difference, I am actually starting to think my boobs are going to look normal again.

Use firm circular motion along the entire suture line.  Try using wither the Palmer's Vitamin E Skin Therapy Oil or the Bio Oil.  

Do this 2-3 times a day for the next 6 months.  The scars will quickly fade and flatten out.

I got Vitamin e oil but bit palmers will it be the same thing?
