Saline or Silicone?

I have gone to 3 doctors so far and I have been told I would do better with silicone by two and saline by other. I have contraction(bands under breast are tight so they will be released at surgery). I have done probably hundereds of hours of research about the pros and cons of each but I'd like to get actual peoples feedback. I am considering saline and would like to see if anyone has experienced rippling or if the implant is visible.

What did the doctors offer as reasons why you'd do better with saline/silicone? Maybe you've already hit upon this in all your research, but here's what some docs have to say about saline vs. silicone.
