Safe to have TT after oral surgery

I am hoping to move my TT date up to April 4th sue to unforseen scheduling conflicts... that is in a little over 2 weeks. Problem is... I just found out I have an abcess tooth which I am getting extracted on 3/22... this would be exactly 14 days prior to the date I wish to have my TT... does anyone know if this is safe? I will have been on antibiotics from the dentist.... Of course I plan on asking my PS about this asap... but I figured I would see if anyone has any expierence with this... I thought I read something about an abcessed tooth on here previously.
