Runners & Exercise

By RavensGal on 17 Dec 2012

For those of you that are cardio junkies (like me) and can barely fathom taking 2 days off from working out, let me highly suggest you look into a surgeon who does the quick recovery method with breast implants.  I was running 10 days post-op.  It's now 2.5 weeks and I'm cleared to do anything as long as it doesn't hurt.  I feel great; ran 6 miles yesterday and again this morning.  The reason I say this is because I've read about so many women who are waiting 6-8 weeks and even longer before running and working out.  For me, it was well worth finding the surgeon that I did....they're out there.  :)

What was his recovery method? Or, how was his surgery techniques different than traditional BA. I can't fathom taking much time off. My job is extremely active too. Track coach, cross country coach etc. I'm pretty active year round! No "off season".
