Is it risky to re-tighten my breast lift again?

Hello, I had my implants redone a little over two years ago along with a full breast lift and a switch to 500cc silicone implants. My results where absolutely AMAZING for awhile.

Well now I am starting to feel like they are gettting *loose* again, I have lost upper pole fullness, have some excess wrinkly skin and my areolas have stretched somewhat. I am also a runner so I don't know if that makes a difference. Also can the lift be re-done using IV-sedation instead of general? Thanks.

How long ago did you get your augmentation? There is always some settling afterward. From your photo, I think you look great.

Here is what some doctors have to say about breast lift/augmentation using general versus twilight anestheisa.
