Rippling with subglandar breast implants.

I had subglandular 270cc silicone breast implants put in about four years ago. I'm 5"2 and at the time I weighed 119 pounds and now I weight 106 pounds. I've developed some rippling in the cleave of my right breast. It's very obvious when I touch my breast and it's slightly visible to the eye. I've heard there are different options to correct the problem: fat grafting, pocket revision, Alloderm, Strattice, etc. What is the best long term option to correct this?
