rippiling at the end of incision normal?

hello im now 6 weeks post op from a full tt and flank lipo and would like to know if this rippiling/dents is normal? also my flanks feel soft now instead of hard and firm so does that mean my swelling in that area is gone?? i hate how my hips bulge out and would figure by 6 weeks they wouldve slimed down by now..my surgeon said he took out quit a bit from my flanks but doesnt look like it to me... any info, would be appreciated! thank you
