Not sure if this is right

Hi I am new here. 6 days post op full abdominoplasty and liposuction of flanks. Still have a lot of abdominal pain. The first 2 days were very scary with vise-like muscle contractions that made it so difficult to breathe I went into a panic. I hve been talking percoset for pain and xanax for anxiety to keep me from freaking out and hyperventilating when the muscle contractions get so badResults wise, my waist and back are looking like when they finally heal and swelling reduces I will have the results I desire but my abdomen is a different story. I wear my compression garment day and night as instructed. but I have 2 raised areas of skin or musculature on each side of my navel and I am concerned that they are not diminishing with time. Can anyone look at the pic below and tell me what you think? Thank you.
