How to get rid of large scars on both knees?

i have use all sorts of creams and oil treatment,but till date the scars are still there.I don´t know what else to do,this marks on my kneel and legs really make me shy anytime people see it,and again i can´t put on mini skirt or garns or even shorts alk because of the scars i have on my legs especialky my kneel.it makes mesick, my friends do laugh at me all becouse if this big scars i have on my kneel.please i need help and ineed it so fast ,please help me.

i have alot of black marks on my leg due to some allergies its been a while . im soo fe dup wid ds.. i searched alot of places to get rid oif it . but i cudnt n i didnt have enough money to make it .. nw m searching a good place to get it done .. will it go foreevr d marks frm my leg so tht i can wear some sexy dresses??
