Uneven nostrils 1.5 months after rhinoplasty

I had rhinoplasty 1.5 months ago and have nostrils that are very uneven. I went for my 2 post-op appointments, one a week post-op and the other a little over a month post-op. My doctor says that he sees how uneven my nostrils are and advised me not to look at it from the angle in the photo.
He didn't reassure me that it would correct itself however. We looked at photos pre-op and my nostrils were pretty symetric. The images we looked at post-op showed very uneven nostrils. Will this change and what are my options at this point? The left nostril points forward and the right nostril is more oval.

At this point you could still be experiencing swelling. Sometimes your nostrils don't heal at the same rate. In some ways, I understand what your doctor is saying. No rhinoplasties are perfect, and if you are happy with your nose job otherwise, try not to dwell too much on how your nose looks from this angle. No one really sees it from there anyway.
