Elevation in supratip after rhinoplasty

i had rhinoplasty april/2009 and i have this slight elevation in the supra tip area that gets resolved when i apply pressure to it but when i let go it raise back up.

i do not think its scar tissue or excess cartilage because when i apply pressure to it goes down i also have taped it some nights and the area goes down but once i remove the tape it slowly elevates again. what can i do will kenalog injections still help even though its almost a year ?
