Rhinoplasty for dorsal hump

I'm considering rhinoplasty because I have a dorsal hump... this is a recent photo of me...and I'm just wondering what your opinion is on the overall aesthetics of my face? (dont be too harsh lol) and what exactly needs doing to my nose? thank you

Wondering if you ended up going through with rhinoplasty. It's hard to even see a hump in this photo. Maybe a profile shot would be better?
