Bulbous tip and bump on bridge after rhinoplasty

After my rhinoplasty 6 months ago, to remove a very slight hump and narrow the nostrils. I now have a bulbous tip(thick skin) and a ball like thing on the tip of my nose made out of bone (on the bridge of the nose). I am now more self-conscious than before. The narrowing also is not noticeable. It seems the same width to me still. Should I re-operate? What options do I have?
