Has anyone had revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Spencer Cochran

I have not met him personally met him, so this is strictly my own opinion, but I think he is definitely worth a consultation.  He has many good reviews and only two bad reviews, that I've seen, and one of the "bad" reviews had photos which I thought looked good.  The poster herself says that it is an improvement over her old nose.  I don't think there is one surgeon out there with at least a couple of bad reviews but its a good idea to meet with as many as you can, after researching them carefully.  Here's what some Realself surgeons say about finding a Revision Rhinoplasty Specialist:   http://www.realself.com/question/Revision-rhinoplasty-doctor-recommendations-crooked-nose 

Thousands of thanks for answering so fast. The truth is I do not know what is the best surgeon in the world. I have a lot of fear. Yes, I will consult with Dr. Cochran, the only thing I dislike is that it does not see skype. I asked his secretary, insisted that I'm from Spain, but nothing. She just says to enter $ 200 on the current account of the doctor and going to see my pictures and tell me you think the doctor. I think that's not right. He would have to skype consultation for people outside America, we have to travel many miles, many flight hours. I can not fly to Dallas, I have not much money, the flight is very expensive. I would like to know from someone how much they charge for secondary rhinoplasty. If much or not. I lost a lot of money in my previous Surgeries. I lost my job because I work with cameras. I honestly don't believe that there is a best surgeon in the world.  I think the trick is finding the best surgeon for you....someone who has experience in what you need done and who is on the same page as you as far as what can be accomplished during the surgery.  I wish this was easier.   Revisions are expensive :( and I don't think there is one set price but it depends on how much work they anticipate will need to be done. You'll need to take very good photos of all angles to send to Cochran (or anyone far away).  Good luck.
