Is 3 months enough for revision after silicone rhinoplasty?

By wendy_ma on 03 Mar 2010

I'm an Asian who had augmentation ONLY 3 months ago. PS inserted preformed silicone thru closed technique, it gave projection to tip.

He said he didn't remove anything but I heard/felt that he was shaving some bone inside my nose before putting the implant.

Now, swelling subsided a lot and I'm not satisfied with it. Height is fine but other bridge side has much shadow effect (more depth) and the other is fine. It's a tiny bit off-center too but OK in person & some angles.

Is this the final outcome? Can I get revision now? Close-up shot it looks weird but afar it's ok! TIA!

You results are probably final... at three months you can look for a revision. Although many surgeons will disagree with this, I have done many revision rhinoplasties at 3 months with great success.
