I went to cosmed in tijuana mx. I say read the fine print, they won't do revisions if they screw up. I would expect some cost but they want to charge me full price. I wound up with an infection and needed to be hospitalized here in California. I could have had surgery here in California for what I paid cosmed and hospital bill and my would have had a better outcome, Dr. Q did low quality work. 2 different size breast, wrinkled TT.

The more I think about it, the more I'd rather have my procedures in the US. There are some saying that if u have any problems abroad they're trying to get u to the nearest ER in the US.

I recommend to read the fine print and ask questions. WHAT Is I Get A fever, infection, ect. Who pays for that, will you provide care. Will you provide revisions on a job I am unhappy with. You will have to pay some cost. .. if you live a D I stance away, who will remove dtitches, some doctors wont.

I had a Brazilian Butt Lift in Tijuana, Mexico, about three years ago. The experience was awesome and I couldn't have been happier with my results. There are more details on my surgery experience abroad in my profile. I would definitely get another surgery abroad. Here's some quick advice for those interested in surgery abroad. Research, research, research! Thoroughly evaluate each surgeon in regards to their specialty, experience, accreditation, ISAPS membership (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), and past patient testimonials. Not only research the surgeon, but also that country's medical practices and standards. Surgery is a risk regardless whether you do them in the states or abroad and surgery nightmares can happen at home and abroad. Take your time on making your decision and don't be impulsive.

Hi, I thinking about rhinoplasty and facelift, but it is very expensive in GB . I search another variant. I got tips for my friend on place in Europe: Prague in Czech republic. I find Medprestige, which for your clients provide full service- planning operations, help with accommodation and transport etc. I search reference with this provider.

In January of this year I had a facelift, neck lift, brow lift, upper and lower eyes, fat injections in my face, a face peel, back lipo and a tummy tuck by Rosenstock in Costa Rica. Nine years prior I had a facelift, lipo, and fat injections in my butt giving it a beautiful shape over the flat butt i hated for years, and fat in the back of my hands for a youthful look. If I look close I can see the imperfections but no one else notices. My overall improvement is fabulous. I personally would not have my surgery done in the US. It take too many years to get the better procedures cleared through our FDA so work done here is not the latest or the best procedures. The surgeons do not perform as many surgeries so they are not as experienced. We do not have the recovery retreats so rather that being cared for by professionals in an enjoyable resort with others going through similar experiences, you are either depending on family or friends to help you through recovery or trying to do it yourself. Then there is a cost difference, in the US is 3 to 4 times more. Each time I have had surgeries in Costa Rica there have met a number of US Doctors and Nurses that have traveled to Costa Rica for their surgeries. As I read all the negative comments it is obvious that with any surgery there are risks. I am sure every surgeon through out the world has their patients that have their nightmares. My girl friend used the very popular considered the very best surgeon in our area and she has a nightmare story. I am sure there are many things that come into play. Like your heath and the way each person heals. What kind of day the surgeon has. None of us are perfect and neither are surgeons even the very best. For the most part the better surgeons are going to have fewer issues. The more surgeries a surgeon does the the greater their success due to all of their experience. The health of your body and it's ability to heal going into the surgery and how you eat and take care of yourself after is going to make a big difference in your recovery and outcome. I found taking Arnica Montana prevented bruising and aided to my recovery. Ginger capsules reduced swelling along with a number of other good things. I took several other herbs for recovery that shortened my recovery and healing time. You need to research what things you should not eat or take prior to surgery. There are a number of foods that you should not eat before you have any kind of surgery and can cause major side affects. The thing everyone choosing to have plastic surgery needs to consider is that there is no perfect surgeon, and there is always a risk. With that in mind you must way out the desired results with the understanding that it is often a wonderful improvement with some imperfections, or can be a rare nightmare.

I know when it comes to having plastic surgery abroad safety is a big concern for most, even if the cosmetic surgeons are known to be the best in the world. So at first I went to surgeon here at Colorado, but they quoted me $15,000.00 to do a face and neck lift, and I know I couldn't afford it, that's why I opt doing it in Mexico. I got on the internet and found PlacidWay, one of the reputable medical tourism company who guides and organise patients on their flights, accommodation and appointment. They even provide me advices on hospitals/clinics regarding their success rates and complications for treatment which is very nice. I stayed at the Recovery Boutique for 3 days, the people were so nice, people had so many experience with caring for cosmetic surgery patients. And so far I am very happy with my treatment in Mexico.

I don't think some of these comments are from real people who have gone abroad for plastic surgery. I think they are representatives from these companies posing as such.

Hi I am going to turkey on the 7th may to have breast enlargement and lift and also lipo and maybe upper and lower eyelid surgery I have done a lot of research and the surgeon that is doing my surgery has done his training in the usa and they use mentor implants which are from the states not the eu and they are one of the top implants to use, I had breast mplants here in the uk over 10 yrs ago and to be honest I was never happy with them from day 1 but everytime I went back to the surgeon he kept telling me that it was still early days early days after 4 yrs yeah right then he tried telling me that if I have them out and new ones in I would have to pay for his surgery and hospital and implants as there was nothing wrong with the implants I am a single parent of 3 and did not have the money so I have had to suffer and it really did knock my confidence back even more than it did bfore I had the operation so my point is even here in the uk you are not guaranteed satisfaction and I used the Nuffield here in the uk. I am going through longevita and the surgeon is fuat yusef has anyone used longevita??
