Who Does Replacements In The Los Angeles Area?

I have had silicone gel implants made in Germany for about ten years now. Back then I was told they need to be exchanged between 10 and 15 years. I have never had any complications, however do not want to wait around for a silent leak and am looking for a great surgeon in the Los Angeles area. My original surgery was done through armpits, under muscle, which is what I would like to do again. Any recommendations?
