Removing Silikon Need a DR

Anyone have a recommendation for a good dr who wll remove silikon? I have .9 cc in my nose and regret it.

Was considering getting this done, can you explain what and why you regret doing this?

Just read responses by any dr on here. Other than the drs selling it, they all agree its a bad idea with long term risks.
