Remove implants or have them replaced with smaller ones?

I am 22 years old and 5' 2 with a small frame. I got 350 cc silicone high profile implants about two and a half months ago through the aerola. I was a B small C cup before and now I am a DD and I feel fat and I am still in pain. I also look a lot older. I do not even want to leave the house.

I want to have them removed but maybe I should have them replaced instead. Also I have gained about 5 to 9 lbs since surgery. Please help I just want to feel small and confident again.

i would so rid of them completely. explant. not worth it in the long run. large implants do make you look bigger, adding a smaller implant just means more surgery in the future! i am having mine taken out after swimsuit season! i have F'S! now i have to have a full lift and hopefully its not a nightmare. he put 700ccs in me! not cool! over the muscle! i am so uncomfortable, so unhappy, i am willing to bet you had beautiful breasts before. now i envy anyone thats just natural. what a waste of money!
