Removal of syringomas

By selfimposedhermit on 21 Jan 2011

Just had some milia removed by a dermatologist. Went really well, but I have about 5 syringomas total. Left eye has 4. Has anyone had any luck removing them? If so, what was done and was there scarring? I read about 'drilling' with C02 laser. Anyone in US have this done?

I have had great results with syringoma treatment by using a combination of hyfrecation and selective fractional co2 laser on my patients.
I just saw a patient today with syringomas on the eyelids who requested laser. In my practice, the best treatment is hyfrecation first, followed by fractional co2 skin resurfacing.
