Is ReLume Effective for Scars and Stretch Marks?

Hello! I'm very self-conscious about scars and stretch marks I have, and they literally ruin my life. I have white visible scars after surgery and stretch marks. I can't wear open clothes and I feel very bad. I've already had 6 laser procedures of Fraxel Laser, there's some improvement but they're still visible.

I have white scars, and I've heard that ReLume laser gives very good results up to 99% improvement. I don't know if it's true or they just want to make money.

I also need affordable treatment as I'm a poor student. Please, give me some REAL advice about these lasers and doctors who can really help. Thanks!
